What happens after the 90 days?▾

We email you two weeks before and again three days before the trial ends. If you haven't chosen a plan by then, the Growth features pause — your store connection, orders and data stay untouched — and the Plan & billing page keeps working so you can pick a plan whenever you're ready. Nothing is charged automatically; we don't have your card.

Which plan should I start with?▾

Most stores that route orders to suppliers land on Growth: it's the plan the trial runs on, so you'll know by day 30. Core is the Store menu for a one-person shop; Starter adds the customer-service hub; Scale adds marketing and people for a team.

What are the metered items?▾

AI actions, tracked shipments, media storage and competitor lookups each come with a monthly allowance in every plan. Use more and the overage is billed at the per-unit rate above, on the same invoice — never a surprise tier jump.

Can I change plans?▾

Yes — from Plan & billing. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades take effect at the next monthly cycle. Cancel any time from the same page; your data stays exportable.

What does 'tailored onboarding' actually mean?▾
